Myth is the archive’s contraband: impossible events smuggled intact through centuries. Gods arrive as weather. Desire becomes an animal. Punishment becomes landscape. Nothing stays safely itself.

These works belong together because transformation is their engine. Their old stories remain useful wherever ordinary language fails to contain appetite, terror, vanity, or wonder.
